Step 1:Download activities from your sportwatch to Ant Uploader.
The Ant+ transfer is reliable but slow, if you have a lot of activities in your history it can take hours to complete the first sync.
The following syncs will download only the new activites.
Step 2:Configure one or more upload services to allow Ant Uploader to send them activities.
This operation must be done only once.
Step 3:Check the activities you want to upload, click the Upload button and it's done.You can click on upload status to view your activities on their website or app.
Known issue: When downloading new activities the progress bar doesn't always work because I don't receive download progress from Ant+ API, I hope they will fix this soon.
